Rakkel wasn't sure just what Yin was up to, but her sttitude confussed him, greatly. But even in his confussion, he sat still, letting Yin do whatever she had in mind. When she sat back, he calmly wrapped his eye back up. He wasn't accustomed to whatever techniques she used, he was sure it wasn't an Izumi trick, even if it was, he'd never heard of it before.
"You know Yin, you are the most random person I have ever met in my entire life. Like the reason you are here, but I guess I can't be surprised...." In all truth, Rakkel was stunned, if only for a moment, she must have suffered blood loss at some point before coming here, everything today was out of character. He pondered on the thought a moment, and swept it aside.

Yin laughed at his comment since she found it amusing he just figured that out. Yin was happy that he found her random and confusing. She didn't want him to figure her out. She didn't want anyone to figure her out. So she would do things out of character and unexpected at random. This made her personality confusing to others. This also kept an advantage on her part because they never knew what she was going to do next. At least this is what she theorized and she adored her theory. Rakkel seemed to be confused by her all the time. So she must be doing something right, huh?
"Thank you, Rakkel." Yin chuckled and stretched, a bright smile coming to her features. "I like being the most confusing person you've ever met. It's what I aim for." She looked at the fire yet again and blinked tiredly suddenly. "The fire is so warm...it's nice on cold winters like this, isn't it, Rakkel? You must be freezing up there on that mountain." He had no one to snuggle at night. Of course...Yin didn't either. She was single - alone. Justl ike him.

Rakkel nodded, it wasn't hard to figure out though, there was always snow on his mountain. It made him think though, maybe that was a good reason to leave him homeland, no? No, it was just a way to stay strong, his parents knew that. It you couldn't handle the cold, you were exiled. Though, maybe it was cheating a little? After all, they did have power of fire, and a good Hatsu could keep warm, even in the coldest, darkest night.
"The cold is just a way to remind you that you're alive. Besides, the moutain is a Hatsu's friend, the moutain and I, we share a bond, it might not seem like much to other demons, but there is a sence of safety for a Hatsu on that mountain, as if it watches over us...." He knew it was a plain lie, or to Yin it might be, she dumped his parent's bodies in the cave he lived in, the mountain did nothing for that. "I've lived alone for most of my life anyways, the cold stopped bothering me long ago." Nothing could be more true, the cold was the least of his worries, staying alive and sane for when his clan returned was the most important thing he could focus on.

Yin grinned and a sudden urge took over her. She felt the playful antics coming up again. He was always up there in the cold and he claimed it never bothered him. Did he not want to ever snuggle with someone? To be close to someone? Yin often felt urges like that but she was a matured Izumi and could ignore them. Right now, though, her eyes glimmered with mischief. "I see...interesting."
Yin hated the mountains. Izumi all hated the mountains. Yet she had went up there and dumped off his parent's bodies. She purred gently and leaned againt him, closing her eyes. "Are you sure the cold doesn't bother you? I'd love the cold for cuddling someone. But I only get that in the winter -when I have a mate." She yawned, realizing she was cuddling someone now. Her worst enemy. Huh...that was weird...

Rakkel's eyes narrowed, she was crossing boundries, even more-so with an enemy. He stood up and walked in front of the fire, facing the beach. He crossed his arms and his ears twitched as a breeze came in once more, and the waves rolled in onto the sand. He wasn't about to put up with this, it was all a mental game, she could slit his throat at any minute, and even while calm, he couldn't let his guard down.
"No, the cold has not bothered me, it hasn't bothered me for the last six hundred years. I learned to numb myself from it, it's all I could do from going completely insane." Inside he was furious, she wouldn't know, she still had a clan, he was all that was left of his. "And I assume it wont bother me until it is the only thing left for me to worry about."

She was amused yet sort of dejected over his rejection to her slight affection. Yin gave a small pouty look before yawning and returning to normal. As normal as Izumi, Yin could be at least. Which wasn't that much normal at all. Yin was not anywhere near the definition of 'normal.' She chuckled slightly and laid back on her back - sprawled out and completely at ease. A yawn passed over her and she knew Rakkel wasn't about to attack her. If he did then she'd have no idea why. It's not like she had provoked anything. She was being in a good mood on a peaceful term of the everlasting night. Wasn't that enough?
"But being cold is what usually wakes one up, Rakkel," Yin stood up slowly and brushed herself off. "Numbing yourself from the wake up call will make you insane. Are you sure you've not lost yourself already? You should embrace the cold and let it have some affect on you. To remind yourself you're still there and alive." She yawned, "even if you don't want to be." She was way past that point by now. Yin was rather unhappy about having to lead her clan. If only she could escape from it. "Besides, is it not the only thing you've got at the moment? If I'm correct, you've no others currently with you. Which would be bliss for me - but it seems you enjoy the company." Her head tilted slightly, "I felt a lot better when I was without them."
